This parfait is truly addictive, see, you now make it almost daily
With unsweetened Greek yogurt, my sweet tooth makes me add honey to it, and I love it. Funny enough i would never go for the sweetened yogurt. And yes it's pretty filling, I add lots of nuts, and raisins to it.
Will someday experiment with fresh fruits. Right now let me enjoy the recipe I have.

If you're eating a grilled or roasted protein, try cucumber pineapple salad with it.
