I don't think the Greenwood case is open N close. In my opinion what they had was a toxic relationship and the lady is cashing in.

My mind was made up when she told him to ask nicely. She knew exactly the reaction she would get which was why she recorded it. If u were so sure he would force himself on u, u could have used less time than u took to set up the recorder to call the cops or even someone u know but instead u recorded the situation and saved it like a song made at the studio. At the end, we didn't hear any fighting, screaming or crying. I hope the police are not silly enough to believe 1 minute was all that was recorded because she would have had to wait until they were done to hit save on her phone.

The biggest lesson from this are actually 2 words, No and Stop.
No matter how none threatening those word might sound in the moment, it is of utmost importance to respect them. It is definitely not worth the potential trouble.
