The issue is, when I post pictures here, the quality is different compared to when I post on my IG page.
To post here, one would have to reduce the size to the barest minimum.
One picture I wanted to post one time, it couldn’t be reduced below 8mb, so I couldn’t post it.

That's what I used to think but there are times that I feel a little light before bed, but I get to sleep better. No more fear of acid reflux and no need to keep my antacid around anymore except I eat something spicy.

It is from watching food network that I realised you can use okra to do a gumbo that can be eaten with rice or dipped in batter and fried.

Give it to chefs. They are so creative. Sometimes I wonder how they can prep, Cook and serve food in thirty minutes.
