Going for AR is waste of time and energy because you got caught red handed, unless you want to send letter of an apology and take responsible for your action. They may remove the ban but the refusal will stand.

not needed. Your marriage certificate and other proofs of marriage are accepted. Your passport can continue to be in your maiden name even tho you are married

@ Ymcmbbb . UK rules keeps changing every time and you can’t predict . But as of now the rule is if your dependent doesn’t join your during your Masters Visa and study , Your dependent won’t be able to join you during your post work study visa ! Moreso if your dependent apples after 6 month of your program. Your dependent won’t get same length of visa as yours . I advise since she’s your daughter. You can apply with her from beginning and then after some months you can come pick her before the validity expires .

Apology or not, the ban stands and wouldn't make any difference. Just get UK off japa plans and focus on other countries.

They accept Waec and Neco with at least C6 in English.
They would only ask for original certificate of the waec/Neco exam and a scratch card to verify the result.

make a trial...send a well worded apology letter...u may even contact a lawyer to guide you through if necessary..just try ur best and expect d worse...nothing to loose in sending the mail...ok!

It doesn't affect your chances in anyway as long as you prove that you are in a genuine and subsisting relationship. If you had read the previous threads, there are countless success stories

select day 2 and day 8 and you will see all clinics choose one and make the payment in pounds and print out the receipts. Then you will also do a covid 19 test 24 hours before you travel here in Nigeria.

Please friends I applied for form A approval since 14/1/2022 till now CBN has not approved it. Deadline for my 50% school fees was on 31/01/2022. I asked my bank for help (Zenith) they said they can't do anything until CBN approves my request please I need suggestions on the way forward

Include her as your dependant when applying for your visa. You don't need to travel with her. Once you are there, apply for her visa, you will need her father's consent.
Any dependant you did not include when applying for your own visa cannot be included after your studies when applying for the 2 years post study visa.
