If you are a programmer then don’t miss the opportunity to relocate to Canada. They are one of the highest profession and they will allow you work from home and to convert to permanent residence and onward citizenship is very easy so far you complete your program. You can look for schools in Ontario like university of Guelph or university of Windsor. I would have suggested university of Toronto but it is way more expensive then others.

Since you are into IT, write your IELTS and make sure you score a minimum of 7.0 in L,R,S and 6.5 in W.

After that, apply to a university of your choice in the Republic of Ireland. It's an English speaking country in the western Europe, they seceded from the UK.
Provided you can provide a God POF, they will approve your Visa. Ireland is a the headquarter of many high tech companies like Facebook etc. There are many jobs for those in the tech industry.

Please i just started making plans of traveling out of the country , Germany or Canada for work, i don’t know any Trusted travel agency that can help me with the process. I have my passport at hand. I try to Google search to check for a legit travel agency and I come across ZIDORA TRAVEL AND TOURS. Please how legit is this Agency? Is there any body in this group that ever had a successful Visa application and approval or you know someone that had a successful Visa transaction with them? Most schools in canada don't require IELTS as long as you're from an English speaking country

Even the way you sound, you sound like someone that has never earned ten naira on the streets of Nigeria. If you have done it, you would know that you can do 100x better in a more civilised society. Even what black Americans call "Projects" or "ghetto" is like Gwarimpa in Abuja where people pay 500k to 2 million naira as rent. THEY LIVE THERE FREE. What they call US jail, I would pay 2k to sleep in if am traveling (running water, electricity gaddamn Nigeria).
