200 to 300k mean you are paid well? Don't deceive yourself. I get paid above 600k, other bonuses and allowance exclusive but I don't think I will still be in this country by the end of 2023. Save enough and jet out of this country once you get the opportunity. Nigeria has no future. |

BrodaAgbaya:I think with the way you are going, you can still make it here Why not settle down then have your children birth abroad By this you have built a future for them and they can base there while you visit them there You can always do your masters anytime Secure your job here first |

I believe i am in a very good position to advice you I started working at 22, and i was earning over 200k then, it looked like a very good pay for a young boy, in fact it is a very good pay for a young boy. I thought of travelling to do my maters but after listening to advices from a lot of people, i stayed back. Right now, i will turn 28 this year and i earn over 400k, i want to let you know that i am leaving this country by September. that 400k cannot even maintain the lifestyle i was living when i was 22. sometime , i feel like i spent the last 5 years of my life chasing shadows if i was in the UK, 5 years is enough time for me to stabilize and set up my life. the economy keeps getting bad, even though i still have money to play around with, walahi i am feeling the heat of the economy like crazy. people that are requesting help from me has increased by 10 times in the last 2 years. a lot of sorry cases left and right around me. i've made up my mind, no matter what comes may, i'm gone by september. |

Erums:Shelter is becoming very very expensive all over the world. If you own a house, you only have to worry about feeding yourself and paying light bills. The most expensive thing a human needs is shelter. When everything has crashed, if you own a house, you won't become desperate. If things go south abroad, you can always come back to your personal house in Nigeria and be proud and broke in peace. |

Newboss:But wit 2m he can't do that and even if he tries he will spend more time trying to finish the house hoping he spends 150k on the house every month... That will drain him.. Don't you think |

there's no age limit but from 32 upwards it becomes a bit difficult cause you start loosing points from 32. use the link attached to calculate your chances for ielts use the lowest score R7 L8 W7 S 7.5 if you are 470 upwards the chances are great https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp ogawisdom: |

HRprof:I hate that people kept mentioning RACISM like it doesn't happen right here at home, you see an igbo man shaming an hausa man, a Yoruba man hating on an igbo, Someone from imo state can't marry from anambra, and so on, y'all need to say something else abeg. |

Abobi just travel hi guys, I was planning to travel out to UK, Germany or any other stable European country for my Master`s by September of this year of which i will be able to raise 2million from my pocket and then borrow about 2/3million from a person i know for some fees then get there are do part times jobs to complete my tuition fee. After some thoughts, i realized this wasn`t a really smart move cos i have a good job here in Nigeria where I'm paid above 200k each month, This will increase to above 300k in the next 2months still with some bonuses. Is there any sense in dropping all these to go to a place of uncertainty and start leaving from hand to mouth cos i` One of the driving forces towards wanting to travel out is the fear of 2023 elections and the fact that many of my friends we finished together are all travelling out. Yeah, i know the second reason doesn't make sense, but that`s just me being [/Travel] |
