Honestly, if you ask me, I can't categorically tell if ghost exist or not cos I have never had ghost encounter, though, I do believe there are powers/entities out there running things.

Why are we only hearing of personal experience?

Can't ghosts appear to two or more people at the same time?

Maybe a ghost is scared of two or more people with different mindsets and reactions.

What I find most pathetic is, the people, I mean those blacks who asslick whites as superior beings, worship them like gods, are the very most people who have never been privileged to have any kind of contacts, be it business or romantic relationship with white people, or have lived amongst them.

exactly, everybody don't operate on same frequency, reason some people are born specially with ability to see things, some see supernatural beings in the market but others can't because they operate on different frequency.. watch the movie supernatural there is a device they use to detect the presence of ghosts, that device operate on frequency.. only people who operates on that frequency can detect the presence of ghosts.

Yesterday in the church in the U. K we where arguing if ghost existed then a nurse told us his story of what he experience in the hospital of hearing footstep and not seeing anybody then he said when he told his colleagues his colleagues begin to tell their story of similar spiritual things that there have witnesses in this hospital and mind u it happen in the U. K and his colleagues are white people and I have heard similar stories happening in Nigeria but not in U. K. then I begin to ask my self if all thses stories about ghost are real

Human mind is very Vast. Everybody can be Having same feeling of depression due to loneliness, Sacredness or fear especially in a secluded place.

It doesn't mean Ghost will pop up but their Brains has been preset to what should be happening and constant saying same thing to the mind will lead to mental picture if Care is not taking, will lead to physical picture aka Hallucinations...
