My cleaning team were on duty in this house all through this week, they have cleaned the windows, the gates and other needed works.

By today, the painting crew will move in and complete the painting of this house, especially at the lower portions where we left off for the floor works to be completed before we top off on the painting.

Bathroom cubicles, bathroom doors and other remaining works are planned to start by next week.

More pictures when I visit the site next week.

A quick question, for the attached window, does a large window like this not pose a higher security risk in terms of breaking/entry considering the clime compared to a smaller dimension? If yes, what are the mitigating measures introduced? Thanks.

All opening in a house, doors, windows and even walls pose a lot of security risk, there is none more risky than the other, depending on other measures surrounding the property.

If you dont mind please What's the floor size of the kitchen? How big is it? I would love my dream home to have a large kitchen. For now i don't even have money to buy a plot of land but someday God will bless me. While praying, trusting and waiting Let me be planning on the architecture of my home.

Well, this is just the water we used to test the pool, I am sure by the time the owner starts using the pool, there will be a better water treatment with chlorine and other pool additives.

Bricks would have made perfect sense here.
But of course, the owner has the final say.

I love the house, but I wouldn't build something like this on such small space. The house needed a lot of space around it. The swimming pool also took away the little that was left.
I admire the concept the owner brought into this though. I daresay he's spent time overseas and want something different from the norm around here. I hope there's space left for ornamental plants.
