You mean the monkey pockets? If so, yes it was.

The biscuit dough is just prepared and cut dough for biscuits. You cut them into smaller pieces and toss them in cinnamon sugar (cinnamon mixed with sugar). Transfer them into you baking pan and make a caramel sauce of heat up butter and brown sugar (you don't have to heat it on fire to caramelize the sugar like we make the normal caramel sauce). Pour the sauce on the sugar dough and bake for about 35minutes at 350F.

I do make mine with bread not biscuit, gonna try this.

I used the remaining goat head, gizzard,shrimps, and Titus. At least na my first time be this and the thing dey smell nice.

I have walked-into so many restaurants and eateries asking for this ceasar salad, none seems too know what am saying. please where can I get it? it looks so good Everytime you post it or better still how can I source for the ingredients myself thank you.

The ingredients are:
Romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon, parmesan cheese, and usually ceasar dressing.

Rinse your lettuce with warm water and salt or vinegar, pat dry it with paper towel, and cut into chunks as you want it. Add your croutons, bacon and cheese on the lettuce. Then add your dressing and toss the salad in the bowl.

For my dressing, I mix mayonnaise with garlic Caesar salad dressing, I add some sweet chili and olive oil. It's super creamy and tasty.
