The immigration officer asked the reason I was there. I told him for vacation, he asked for my return ticket I gave to him. He said where would I stay that night, I showed him my hotel reservation. Then he asked if I had a credit card I told him no, then he asked for my wallet to see if I had cash, and I gave it to him. He asked me to thumb print, I did the first time, he said I should clean my hand on my forehand and place on it again which I did. Then he asked if I was working, I told him yes, he asked is it a good job I said yes, After that I saw him writing from my passport. He just told me to take a seat that he would be back. He came back then told me I’ll be interviewed. He was asking me questions and I was answering according to what was in my application. Tho an agent appied for me, I’m 22years. But from the interview it was obvious I wasn’t working there. Then I was told I have to return to where I was coming from that I didn’t get my visa genuinely. That was what happened

Maybe your answer during the interview doesn’t tally with what you or your agent wrote in your application.

No one can tell you what the outcome will be. The probability of getting a visa is very slim. Is like 25%. If you package your application well and luck on your side then you might be part of the 25% whose applications are successful.

Thank you

it’s like they filled you are a CEO or something earning millions of naira. Then you go to the border, no credit or debit card, then checked your wallet.. i am very sure the amount on you was very small… then you were scheduled for interview and then your answers did not match what was on the form. Also given you age- 22 years… next thing deportation. You say you want to reapply after 1 year, my advice seeing that all the evidence is stacked against you , leave UK alone for the next couple of years.

Hi guys,
Please I need to send a phone to Nigeria from uk asap.
Please what's the cheapest and fastest way to go about it??Very urgent!
cheapest way is to use cargo. If you send through dhl or fedex get ready for it to be held by customs, when customs finishes ndlea will take over and like that like that.. finally after paying for all sorts, the recipient might still end up picking up fufu or stone. U can use human courier, those travelling down to Nigeria where u pay or through air cargo. Air cargo takes approx 7 to 10 workin days but no customs/ndlea wahala.

it should be how to get replacement visa, cnt seem to find a straightforward link. However contact the ffg and explain yourself in the body of your email
email CIH@homeoffice.gov.uk and provide the following details:
‘REPLACEMENT 90 DAY VISA’ in the subject line;
Your name;
Nationality;
Date of birth; and
GWF reference number.

And/or go here https://www.gov.uk/transfer-visa

My kid sister is planning to travel later this month for 10 days. Her final final destination is BHX (Birmingham). I don’t think she can transit through any of the Schengen countries because she doesn’t have Schengen visa. Trying to get the travel tickets but the price I saw online make me tired.

Any of you guys know any websites or agents where I can get cheap ticket for her?

no cheap tickets. You just have to keep monitoring prices but as soon as they get close to the travel date, they go up and dnt come down.
She cant use air france, klm, lufthansa, swift air without transit visa or Usa, canada or japan visa
Check qatar airways, turkish airways, egypt air, ethiopian air, virgin atlantic, british airways, emirates or monitor through skyscanner. You can keep switching country in the settings to Nigeria and UK and vice versa to be able to see available deals . Also can switch prices between usd, ngn, gbp etc.
as for qatar airways u can pay in naira, whatever u see on their site call them and they will give you the rate in nigerian naira for the day and then u can pay into their bank account and get ticket.
She can also land in Heathrow or Gatwick airports and use national express buses straight from the Terminals in these airports to Birmingham.
Any flight u are buyin tht looks cheap make sure the liggage allowance is 23 x 2 kg check in luggage at least bcus some prices are low cus its only a hand luggage flight.
U can also check wakanow and travelbeta. The downside of these two, any small changes u want to do, they turn it into profit making venture. The airlines offer free date changes on most flights but no with these travel agencies.. a friend tried to change a ticket with wakanow last week they said their cut is 104k this is minus paying flight difference. goodluck

you can book with them. Company is legit. Just be very certain of the date you want to travel on, the type of ticket and make sure your details are correct. Anything that looks like change attracts wakanow charges that you will wish you never made a mistake. No free room for second chances with them or Travelstart. Havent used travelbeta incase of date change or flight cancellation etc

Good day all, please I do business and earn 150k every month. I want to apply for family visiting visa by September and I'm sponsoring it myself (my 3 junior sisters are in uk). I have N1.6m right now in my account. I will be adding 100k every month till September and my account is very busy because I sell Tigernut milk, parfait and fruit juice.

Please my question is regarding the tax payment what can be done, because i don't pay tax directly. I noticed some complain regarding that issue.

Just to add, I have been to the uk 4times with four visa and my last one was 5years(family visit visa) it expired 2017. The 4 visa was sponsored by my father. Thanks

Visit previous threads, you would find links on how to write UKVI and inquire specifics on your entry denial and immigration history that would help you in future applications for other countries as well as when next you apply to the UK. Getting a new passport is no way out. If you did so, it would only meant you have not learnt your lesson and the tricks yet. I have had POE denial in the past, though that wasn't at any UK border, but I had most visas on that passport including from the UK. Also, roommate we studied together had poe denial with a country that shares immigration info with the UK, and still got a UK visa within a period less than 6 months afterwards, in fact few days ago met up with him in Walsall. Would be kind to add; these been decades plus events and I acknowledge some policies to travelers who have had entry denial may have changed over the years and events that transpired in each of the denial were different....
BTW, did they bundle you to the rear seat of the plane? and then you would see your passport transferred from immigration to immigration, those processes and the stamp are worth making you want to go get another passport, but that would just be waste of money. It is what it is..

Dear All,

I am a silent reader here. Great work you guys are doing here. God will continue to bless everyone here. This is a for a friend of mine. He got this reply from UKVI on the 28th Feb. 2022 after following up on his visa. Note- a mail from UKVI via paid email was that a decision has been made on his visa last week.

Tracking via TLS still showing it has not been moved to VAC. Please, advise.

Dear Xxxx

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

Due to an unexpectedly high volume of applications we are aware of delays with the return of passports to individuals in Pakistan/Nigeria/India/Abu Dhabi. Please be advised that we are working as quickly as possible to return documents back to their owners and you should receive confirmation shortly.

Hello house!
I was refused entry clearance (tier 4 student visa) into the UK on the 14th February 2022 on grounds of my official financial sponsorship being from a Nigerian private company, hence the refusal. I have written and called the school (University of Suffolk Ipswich) severally to issue me with another CAS so I can reapply but their response has been we're working on it.
Please, what can I do at this point?

Hello people!

I want to share my tls ikeja experience.
After everything I read about tls ikeja on this platform, I prepared to be totally stressed today.
So I submitted my application on 28th and got appointment for 2nd of March!!!

I picked 9am appointment but decided to get there by at least 7am.
I got there by 7:30, waited till 8 and I joined the queue, but they were letting people in according to time of appointment.

By 8:30am, they already started calling 9am appointments. I entered and did not spend more than 35 minutes in the building.

This was the opposite of what I expected.

Also, they started attending to collection by 8am too!!!
Maybe today was just a good day
