Reminds me of the Ghost_Angela court case in Power TV series and Proctor's (Ghost's lawyer) advice not to introduce the sex angle as it would ruin the case for his client. Will this same 'tactic' help Baba Ijesa in his battle? Remains to be seen.

It’s now left for the prosecutor to prove that this relationship has been on since she was 14years with evidence which will be difficult to prove or provide, even if the relationship existed. I think they tried to achieve this by tendering the report of a forensic experts which Baba Ijesha lawyers didn’t discredit enough before the judge and was admitted as evidence.

However if the lady is cross examined by the defendant lawyer, the forensic evident might eventually become counter productive. Baba Ijesha has made a powerful case for himself with the revelation, it’s left for his lawyers to build on this. Case wasn’t looking good initially.

Well, have you seen the video? That girl in the video is not 14 years as at the time of filming the video (Left for the defendant lawyers to prove this which I know will happen) it’s another thing if he has been doing this since she was 14yrs.
