Today's world does not rely on physical strength any longer, but rather on what you have, what you can do, either in money or capacity. Women are not your primary goals or your success, they are just for short term enjoyment, to relax or cool off the brain. You become Alpha when you have attained something for yourself; each time you rise after falling, that is alpha; When you set goals and achieve them that is alpha; There is no glory in bleeping women, the real glory is when you are able to stand as a man in this cold world, especially if you started from the bottom.

I have always loved the incredible hulk and when I started to lift for muscles (body building), I modelled my body after him though he is fictional with an unrealistic look hard to naturally, attain.
