It's choice. They can easily go and borrow at least 200k for loan apps but they don't want. Just like me I prefer to do what an average black American family does. I'll pay my wife's bride price. Then choose between white and traditional wedding which I know both are the same. No matter the one I chose you will come with an invite. I don't know the gain in wastage!
