Even though, even though I no see sleep till day break, vigilante is real my sister coupled with the nonsense my hospital are doing, they don’t allow visitors so I am practically doing everything alone

Nipple cleaning helps to open up the pores in preparation for breastfeeding, It can be done from 36 weeks.
To clean the nipples, apply olive oil or coconut oil to the nipples and the blackbarea around the nipple and leave for 10 minutes before cleaning with a towel. Some black stuffs will be falling off.

That's not so good from them haha, just try and do the tits and bits you can and leave the rest. If it warrants you calling on the nurses please don't spare them

PCV - Packed cell volume is the volume of blood made up of cells in the body

It must be general hospital,cos it seems most general hospitals have a visit time unlike private. But that's so so bad for leaving a new mum all alone, coupled with the CS

Dnt try n put fragrant tinz on baby clothes... It causes irritation...

Buy 'comfort'. It's blue and some pink in color. After washing you add it to the water and rinse. It's for fragrance and your babies wears will smell really nice .
Body spray abi perfume for baby now will be too strong

Okay….lemme me write my bs now that I’m fine…I almost went into postpartum depression with the cs guilt I initially talked about but we thank God…I’m fine now.

So I got married Jan 2021 and ttc for 6 months….I was the only one TTC’ing cuz DH was of the opinion that we live just us for a yr at least, basically enjoy being married before having kids but I’ve always wanted children even while we were dating so this 6 months was really daunting for me…..thankfully, God did it and we conceived June(lemme plug in the peoples doctor on ig…cuz she helped figure out I wasn’t ovulating and gave me medication that helped,I did hsg,countless tests and triggered with hcg ….etc)….and the journey started….very smooth…I had zero symptoms asides first trimester vomiting and some food aversions …asides that I was strong enough to work till the last week of February….I put to birth on 3rd of March… I took my prenatals for the first 12 weeks after that I stuck to fruits and healthy diet….thank God it turned out fine…
So on the 3 rd of March at about 2.15am my water broke….I was awake as I’ve been having insomnia during the 3rd trimester and I woke hubby to see….most of the water was clear but there was traces of blood….we decided to wait till 5am to get to the hospital…I was already having contractions but it was mild….as soon as we got to the hospital the contractions was times 3…was very intense….the nurse checked me and said I was 8 cm dilated at about 9am…..which was pretty fast……(which was why I felt guilty,like I could have pushed my baby out)…..but at this point I lost it and I don’t understand how it all happened but like someone said here….I have come to realize that certain things I do not understand is divine intervention…
Imagine me being told I was 8cm dilated…I started screaming cs…..hubby was by my side and I insisted on cs…the nurse was angry saying I have done more than 50percent of the work…imagine I have been bearing contractions since 2am and now it was 9am and I was close to being fully dilated and I was screaming cs….I still don’t understand it guys but I insisted on cs and DH said if that’s what I really want he would support me….so I proceeded to have my baby via cs at about 10am and he came out weighing 3.2 kg and didn’t cry till they removed the meconium he ingested…..I thank God recovery was smooth and I was discharged 3days later……Now I look at my baby and I can’t be more grateful to God for everything he has done…Cappo @. I know 3 people that took pregnacare and trust me, their daughters didn't come out with any full hair. One could practically count the hair on their head cheesy even though the mum's have plenty hair
I used pregnacare for during my first pregnancy, my boy was fresh and handsome with halfplot hair, my second that I used another brand, he is handsome with fuller hair. I don’t think it has to do with any brand. Just use your prenatal drugs religiously plus you and ur hubby’s gene.

Don't worry whichever one it is, I'm sure you'll love it. Some babies come out with very full hair and after barbing that hair, you will begin to see the original if e go plenty or not. Me that I have a very full and long hair, I noticed my hair length has reduced to the extent that I was combing outside and my neighbour mentioned it. I just hope as e dey short for my head, e dey long for my baby’s head oo
i barbed my boy’s half plot hair three times before our 1st birthday to get a fuller hair and we were able to barb a fine style with patten��

Mk una no dey encourage things wey go cause rashes 4 ur new baby body.... Fragrance is a no no 4 new babies... Deir skin is too sensitive 4 d chemicals dey use in producing it... Mk una no crowd d new mum nairaland thread with hello mamas in d house, my baby have dis rashes on his body, pls wat can i do? Congratulations on your successful surgery Sis and sorry about your loss, I would say anything between 3-6 months, I had myomectomy and took in 6 -7 months later, though my Dr cleared us from 12weeks which is 3 months.

All the best sis, I pray God grant you speedy recovery and blesses you very very soon, just take things easy for your recovery
