I quit the boring and uninspiring series after season 4 too. Based on the hype I read on this thread about the show, I downloaded 4 seasons of it at a go 4-5 years ago. It was one of the worse decision I've made in my series life. Total waste of my time.

my issue isn't about length sef...
Most of these series don't have destination...it's like a person taking you for a ride without any plan on where he's going...
If you keep following...you'll just waste you time to like season 10

Spiderman Far from home is far better than No Way Home...
Even Homecoming is better than No Way Home

I binge watched all 3 in past 2 days

Before I get crucified for saying Far From Home is better than No Way Home, i'll explain...

I will praise NWH for one thing...that is the development of Peter's character at the end of the movie...also maybe for nostalgia which brought the hype in the first place...
Now the issues with NWH:
The central conflict in NWH was quietly unresolved...most of the villains were brought from their verse just moments before their death...literally a second or less from their deaths...
Because of this Peter chose not to send them back to die...
But what did he do instead? He striped them of their powers...AND SENT THEM BACK TO DIE!!!
How does that make sense? They still return to exact moment just before their death, so it doesn't change anything, only 1 or 2 might be saved...the others would still die...
Basically the entire point of it all and all the sacrifices were for nothing...Aunt May too died for nothing...Peter didn't even grow from that...all he had was a desire for revenge which was subdued with childish words from his friends ...
His only growth happened at the end of the movie after he chose not to return to MJ
There is also the issue of childish and silky decision making by so many characters...

My rating for NWH still remains 6.5/10

Wrong section for this post, but I didn't really feel NWH that much. Like immediately some those decisions were made, you could already tell tis was gonna end badly.

I hope Dr. Strange 2 does much better in terms of storyline.

The grey anatomy is not like the regular series it like Papa ajasco.

E no dey end..

There's a term for those kind of series I would try to get the term..

Mehn I've been searching for that term online but it's been futile.

But just know that procedural series like legal, medical, police, or crime procedural they usually don't have any specific destination.

It's called procedural for a reason

There are a billion storyline to cook up from how the the law operates or how crimes are committed and solved or the in and outs of the medical field..

No specific story line except for some love interest here and there.

That why series like NCIS, NYPD blue, Law and order, CSI, Criminal mind, Hawaii five-0, Grey's anatomy, Casualty, Eastenders, Chicago Fire/PD. etc can afford to go on for many season..

And that why you could still miss an ample amount of episodes and still watch without feeling like you missed anything..
Why because nothing concrete just procedures upon procedures.

Each episode comes with a new story.

And then lastly apart from procedural series dramas and sitcoms tend to be very long...
