Instead of asking the school's representatives just apply to the school. Admission for Masters in the UK is not as difficult as most people say. There's no application fees, so apply to like 10 schools( I did the same).
I can confirm these schools accept HND Lower Credit.

I must also add that every application is unique and treated in different ways.

Ulster gave me Conditional Offer and after submitting all necessary documents, they replied QAHE and suggested me for unconditional.

Till now I've not gotten any mail from them... Please anyone with same issue?

I also got conditional offer from ulster over 2 weeks now and I’m yet to get unconditional offer which I haven’t gotten any mail from them since the conditional offer. I called the school and the admission officer told me they have thousands of application to review that I have to wait till March ending to get my supporting documents reviewed. Meanwhile I heard from an agent even if I eventually get the unconditional offer my admission will have to be differed till September so I’m looking into other schools I applied for
