yes. APC have a good wieght in delta central. He just need 70 percent support from Delta south and atlist 30percent from d Ndokwa which he will zone deputy governor to. PDP have big wings and foot riggers in delta south.

PDP is still zone their Deputy governorship to Delta North (Ndokwa/Ukwani), though Delta Central may be the home of APC in Delta state but I doubt if it can get up to 70% votes if PDP decides to zone his candidacy to the zone.

Delta State will be decided by the South senatorial district. The Ijaws, isokos, itsekiris and the urhobos of warri south lga will weigh option of will favour them. Ejele is from Warri na, Otuaro is from Burutu. As for now, Okowa has not openly endorsed anyone. He is still consulting, though his choice still remain the present Speaker, Kingsley Otuaro and Bar. Fred Majemete, or David Edevbie if he decide to soft pender on him. But Ibori is talking of Delta central Senatorial District, which Okowa has no interest on. One thing I know of Delta state PDP, is that they are like court group, they know how to settle their differences, at the end, everyone go be alright.

If Omo-Agege decides to return to the Senate and discards his Governorship ambition, he will win Amori hands down. But if Omo-Agege decides to go for the Governorship, then APC will have to present a very strong candidate to defeat Amori. Because Amori will likely win because he is the right-hand man of Chief James Ibori.
