Don't mind Putin, we agree they have the highest gas deposit and that is because others have not been discovered and harness, he will be shock to see an alternative to Russia Gas.

The EU in a short term has no other choice than to continue buying Russian gas. But in a long term they will find another seller/sellers. Russia will also find another buyer/buyers. But i don't think Russia can get buyer/buyers who will buy as heavy as the EU does right now. For the EU i hope there won't be any reason to sanction the next seller they get.

do you know that Qatar just told the EU last month that she can't unilaterally meet their gas needs. If they like they should double their production, they can't meet up. Its a calculation that Putin has done before all this his muscle flexing. And they also need to cater for the countries that's been buying from them before this mess. India for one won't mind buying Russian gas for cheaper price because there's rumors that they want to buy millions barrel of Russian oil for a reduced price

But the U.S does not steal Gold from Libya. During the Second world war. The US had the largest economy due to its military-industrial complex boom then, by making and selling weapons to Europe with payment in Gold. So U.S gold has been mounted up after the second world war, not because of any stealing of Gold in Libya.

Russia only supply 40% gas to Europe because of close proximity, Europe are looking for alternatives but nigerians putin are complaining how they won't get supply from somewhere else. Do you know more than Europeans? Please answer me oooo.

Qatar told the EU the other day they can supply them the amount if gas needed.

What you don't know is Qatar and Saudi have been lying about their reserves and it will take years to get the logistics right if at all they do infact have the capacity

You probably think buying gas is the same as buying stuff on amazon, no its not.

Germany just dumped Russian gas and you are feeding your opinion. This is a contractual agreement, not opinion.

Smart guy that is exactly what Russia is doing and even those that do not have ordinary D in economics are saying it is a bad move. The only solution is for EU not to buy their gas if they truly want to sanction them.
