good morning my people of nairaland. This guy that called me out surprised me a lot as this is not the first time he bought screen from me and I waybill to his state. This will make it the fourth time if am not mistaken. I ordered for his screen umidigi a3pro which I never knew it will take this long. We are always in touch and I use to update him on everything. I realize that this will take alonger time and I told him that I will refund his money. I don’t understand why he called me a scam and why he said have not been picking his call cos I just his missed calls this morning. He called me when I had slept. I promised to refund him yesterday and for me to wake up this morning and see all this. You people should not always think that it’s only you that have mouth to talk by coming to nairaland and blackmail somebody.

Why didn’t you tell the story of how am trustworthy when you have sent money to me in the past three transactions we had and your screen was waybill without any story. Why not tell the story of how those unpopular screen of Ukitel C17pro also was waybill to you . The same way things are hard for everyone but I never said I will not refund you . He gave me money and the phone to buy the screen since September last year.

I couldn't find the screen to buy and I haven't refunded him in full,

I had to go meet him last Sunday after series of threat .

He begged I order the screen for him but I asked him if can have patience for 3 months for the screen to arrive.

He didn't give a direct answer

I decided not to order it yet

It all started on the 4th of January 2022 I contacted him requesting for the screen of my phone Umidigi A3, he said he has it that it would cost me 19k including waybill to umuahia. Without a doubt I sent him the money. Ever since the 4th of January to this date I have not seen the phone screen neither have I seen my money. I have asked him to return my money but he kept posting me from one date to the other but at the moment he hardly pick my calls anymore, I will send messages to him he will read and ignore.

I plead with the good people of this forum to help me tell MORUFF OLANRENWAJU ISHOLA AKA REPAIRGURU to return my money because I actually borrowed the money I sent him and am a family with so many bills and my wife will soon put to bed.

I decided to call him out because its obvious it's now a scam but I've told him that If he's in the habit of scamming people, mine will be the one that would end his life because I suffered to pay back the money I borrowed to send to him.

Be careful with the way you handle this issue so you don't land in trouble.

Always, it is best to explore more civil or legitimate ways to get your money.

A campaign of calumny can land you in trouble if it gets to court.

You are victimizing this guy and his family, and the law might take his side.

I understand your situation, but if you feel sufficiently certain that he has defrauded you, report him to EFCC or the Nigerian Police via Twitter.

The only problem now is that you have defamed him, and are blackmailing with pictures of him and his family. He now has an even more criminal case against you, while the case you have against him is at best civil. A civil wrong as against the criminal offense of blackmail which you have chosen to use against him.

See, Nigeria is not a lawless country where you do as you please.

If you can't file a lawsuit against him, then just warn others about him. Avoid using personally identifiable variables in your campaign of calumny.

Always do things within the ambit of the law.

Now back to the crux of the matter, God in heaven knows its not in my nature to smear people's image but I was long patient with this guy. He knows my challenges yet he feels he can scam me, bro, u met the wrong person. The truth of the matter was that there was never any screen in the first place. Even if u ask him for a screen of iPhone 15 yet to be launched he will claim to have it. I begged this guy, pleaded with him, played the fool all long cos all I was after was getting my money back but he wouldn't budge I even employed the threat strategy yet guy was hardened.

Two weeks before I opened this thread I warned him of the consequences of me not getting my money yet he called my bluff.
Early this week I called him out privately on a dead thread for him to quietly return my money because I do not want to soil his name yet he called my bluff.(scrrenshot attached)

MORUFF Olanrenwaju ISHOLA, I warned u of the consequences of ur action ahead of time, am the wrong guy for u to blackmail with the until I delete this thread u can't do anything because it will only get worst. This case I will take up on Facebook, Instagram, twitter with ur pictures littered everywhere. I won't do that now, do not say I did not warn you. Kindly return my money and I will deactivate this account and call on the mods to delete this thread. Let all this end on NL peacefully in ur own interest. One thing I promise u is, no matter how long u drag this with ur name being tainted the more, u must still return my money. And do not force me to drag ur innocent family members including ur brother into this.
If I go on fb, Instagram, twitter am sorry I won't be able to delete again. I have warned u enough.

If you do order from AliExpress you will understand better....though am not an engineer but I know little bit of it, AliExpress has been delaying now a days.

I ordered for Huawei MediaPad T3 8 inch and oneplus casing, it arrived Nigeria within 2 weeks spent 2 weeks in custom costody.

Someone sent me money to help him order for his Moto screen, despite on how I think they over deducted me,I never received the items.

I just want to say,there may be delays I guess you still have to excercice more patients.

The op stated the scam guy has been refunded the money from 'Aliexpress' but he's doesn't want to return the money.
