i havent watched okoye much , but that naija goal keeper yesterday was very composed and was communicating with his defenders all the time, dishing out instructions . although he wasn't tested too much though

I've always rated Uzoho above Me Handsome. Uzoho is not there yet but he is a guy that gives his all in every game. More like Aloy Agu of yesteryears...

Uzoho has always been better.

But of recent Maduka Okoye has been preferred until that slip up against Tunisia at the AFcoN that knocked Nigeria out and called to question his competence.

So based on yesterday's top notched performance of Uzoho especially his composure in the face of hot tension.

I prefer Okoye no matter what. I believe it is immaturity to criticize Okoye for our afcon exit. I could go on and on to scientifically explain why that goal was not going to be blocked in any way, not even by the almighty Manuel Neuer himself. But he still tried and hit the ball anyways, but was unlucky. embarassed

Both keepers are good and have fast reflexes. Uzoho's performance was great yesterday. But have you seen the best of Maduka? Oh, you could check them on YouTube. Nigeria must not lose that guy. I know Nigerians have this habit of pointing out the single mistake a player makes and start attributing it to mundane things like "coming to show off for the girls", as in the case of Okoye. This is nonsense. angry

People should learn to appreciate most times and not criticize anyhow. undecided

Anytime, any day I prefer Maduka Okoye

Uzoho is better than maduka okoye the role model. See the 2 shots uzoho saved. If it were okoye; it is straight to the net. Tunisia had only one shot on goal and they scored

Don't know why this is a debate, Kaduna is a gud modern goalkeeper, his presence allows the team to build from the back... Yesterday's match was an eyesore, I wouldn't use it judge anything. Maduka had a bad day at Nations cup and y'all crucified him, he is still the best Nigerian goalkeeper by far.
