I think Nigerians have now become too criminally minded.
We now compete with who can conjure the worse form of pain to our neighbors. Kidnapping, maiming, beheading, rituals, fraud, stealing etc.
How can a wide range of people have such negative mindset?

Now the other camps will be trying to outdoor this set of bandits or terrorist so as to have bragging rights.

Bank Manager don enter wahala o. He should just pray his captors don't get to know about his identity but that would be difficult as the terrorists get the news too and a simple google search will disclose his looks within seconds. Mt thoughts and prayers are with all the victims of the attack

But it will still help at some point. Criminals having it at the back of their mind about the chances of culprits being armed will tame them.

And come to think it, those dudes even use less of a gun. Citizens who are financially stable can afford better ammo than them.

My point is just criminals having it at as a thought. Not the usual where you know everybody is neutral.
