Has EU breeched the contract? The contract terms were defined in EUROS and not Rubles and BOTH PARTIES signed off on it which made it binding.

In your extremely dumb mind one party would just wake up and unilaterally cancel or want to ammend the contract without the approval of the one paying?

Is Russia the one paying or the one rendering service? What is the business of the receiver of monies with how they are paid? That is the absolute prerogative of the payee as agreed by the receiver.

That's not true. Russia can't sell below the market price as set by opec. Even though Russia isn't a member of OPEC, the body's set price is much lower than what russia sells. The problem is capacity which can be met with time. USA has today promised to deliver on a 6-month plan of constant gas supply. Russia will consume their gas themselves with India being their only customer

France and Germany has said they will not pay in ruble..
Well Europe can activate their reserves and that could last for the year..it will be painful but Europe can survive..
They sign s deal to get more gas from the USA.
Both parties will suffer as 70% of Russia economy is tied to gas sales and which over 60% are bought by the same Europe..
Europe needs gas. Russia needs Money all his already economy fails, either way no body wins

They have frozen all Russia's Euro account, how do you expect them to receive payment, please before quoting make sure you know what you're saying or at least use google

putin is beginning to reason away from his anus now, he has kept Russia dependent on the west and has now realized it, this war on Ukraine would make Russia emerge stronger and more independent,. it has shown where.the west has invested over the yrs to cripple Russian economy, Russia has within many span of years placed guns before butter unlike the west that has weaponized the global market and trade dynamics, with this new move by putin, this accounts for payment of gas supply to Germany and EU through the nord stream pipelines would now be used as a deterrent, Russia has now held the EU incl. the UK and US to ransom due to gas supply, this also would strengthen the EU to seek how to gas outside Russia, the only way to beat Russia in this game, is to go green faster and remove their grip from Moscow, but that's not feasible in the near future after the COP conference in Glasgow

Please explain to me as if I am still a toddler how the euros paid directly to Russian central bank would be stolen from same Russian central bank?

Last time I checked, it was only USA which sanctioned Russia and by extension others from dealing with Russia using DOLLARS. No sanctions are on the Euro.

Only China with its giant population that is bigger than USA, Canada, the whole EU countries, UK, Japan and South Korea combined will swallow all Russian oil. Also, India, Indonesia and Asia are on queue. Putin has crossed his mind from the west, he is focusing on Asia now.

Until EU leaders have balls and stop sacrificing their interest to suit their Yankee masters, they will always be punished.

If only China can buy it, why is Russia even selling to the West before? If China needs Russian gas so much, why are they not already buying from Russia? What now happens to the countries China buy its gas from? Will China simply tell them to rip up their contracts because Russian gas is now available? Or you think China will buy more gas than it needs because it wants to help Russia?

Who are even the countries waiting in queue? China and India alone can't buy Russian gas. Asia? A region blessed with petroleum? And China can't consume more gas than those countries combine. Popular alone doesn't determine the amount of gas a country uses.

If EU leaders are sacrificing their interests to suit the US and not Russia, that should tell you who the real boss is who you want in your corner. An economic fight between the west and Russia has only one winner.
