The same North Korea that is in the middle of a famine? No ordinary medicines like antibiotics available to citizens. Soldiers were filmed eating grass by undercover cameras. Babies starve to death. The average Nigerian lives a better quality of life than a NK.

Even in Nigeria where government does virtually nothing for it's citizens. People still survive on personal struggle...
If anyone eats grass to survive here, it's probably ur village people.
