I will not really concur that religion put a lot of power in the hands of women. Because if you really check it in the Bible you'll find out it was men calling all the shots from Genesis to Revelations, women's aspect was not really pronounced.

How do you handle a situation where you have been in talking stage with a colleague in different departments. Had some romantic chats, and a botched romantic date, still a virgin and a high flier.
