It's sad, but the reality too is that when you look at it as a whole, you might see it differently too. Imagine about 1,000 students own about £800 that means the university has lost close to £1,000,000.00 (£1M). And normally no one does business with a defaulter. That's why we all need to plan well before going which unfortunately most of us don't.

You werent told to write ielts. You were to provide ielts or its equivalent, check the conditional letter very well. And the equivalent they are talking about is your waec result with english not less than c6. Thank you.

I just confirmed what you said..... it says and i quote "This is a conditional offer for MA Education (Applied).
You must meet the following conditions:
IELTS overall 6.5 no band below 5.5 or equivalent.
A deposit of £4,000 is required along with completing and passing a Teesside University mandatory questionnaire" this English is very tricky oh ..... I guess i will just pay the deposit now and complete the questionaire keep waiting for them..... there is a bad review about teeside i learnt the dont issue CAS easily i just hope i get CAS fast and quick thank you for your responds........

Thing's like this annoys me, Someone studied in English language from cradle to adulthood and you are here asking for evidence of English language.
Give them the evidence if you can,but as for me i go leave them Waka go another offer

It’s annoying but there’s nothing one can do that’s why I always check the English requirements of each university before proceeding with application. Everyone should do the same if you don’t see WAEC AND NECO as an English requirement for Nigeria or west Africa, go to another school and apply.

most dangerous as per you have lived there before or what? so convenient to speak on a place because of few google clicks. There is nowhere without crime rate.

Thank you, they sent a mail for additional documents, but I don't know how to provide it, cos there was no link provided to tap on, so I have not gotten an offer yet.

A lot of schools are still accepting applications but most courses have stopped accepting students so it depends on your course but application is still ongoing.

But my question really is... does the father need to submit passport data page or the consent letter can serve the purpose??

The consent letter is all that requires at the Visa application stage..
Those kids are not eligible to be left all alone under UK rules,there must be at least a 13yr old who will supervise other/s.

Last Paragraph have said it all,Provide Qualifications Documents.

If you have certificate, you are good to go. They also accept student copy of transcript when necessary

Their deposit is 4k, but note that you need to pay another 4k by September when you arrive for enrolment, after that you start paying deposits in instalments as you are able until you graduate.
