Here’s a picture of limestone waste used on my driveway.

If you look at pic 1, you’d see standing water and a dry land. The dry land part is my side. No matter how heavy the rain, my driveway doesn’t get soaked or soggy.

Stonebase and stone dust would allow passthrough. Limestone waste doesn’t. It absorbs moisture.

Interestingly, we get it free but you bring your truck. But Lafarge only do this occasionally - only when they flush.

If you don’t have truck, you get those who have access into the plant to help you. That’ll come at a cost but not more than 15k - 25k within sagamu.

Simple, "I'm sorry, it was an oversight or lack of proper supervision on my part, how can we make ammends?" would have solved this.

According to electrician on site all the decking electrical piping has been damage cause you use inferior pipes.. same with plumbing.

I’m only asking what happened to the pipes. Is it that they were missing or damaged as at when a new contractor wanted to take it up or that we deliberately fill them with concrete? Or probably sabotaged? Or that wasn’t a possibility?

We had the eye of the owner on the project every day we work. Or could it be the project supervisor wasn’t doing his job? Or just deliberate attack on my personal?

I need to know what happened since I wasn’t there to physically defend my work.

Is that too much?

Asking for a picture would really help not just me but every other person here from making such mistake in the future.

You’d be fine with 4in thick pipe but use larger pipe or 2 4in pipes if you anticipate the volume of water will be much. I use 2 pipes for my perimeter drain.

Another important thing is you must ensure you achieve a very good slope. See pic below.

Structured cabling is my major before I get into construction and I’ve worked on even far more complex situations.

Meanwhile, the client had a premium quote from top electrical contractor here (recommended by me) but chose to go with the cheapest in the market. I believe he has his own reasons

Fortunately for me, apart from steel trusses which was a variation item, the electrical work is the only part of my work that option quotes were sourced from subcontractors and picked based on clients approval.
