@Calmdancer21, I would appreciate if you could assist with a copy of your SOP. *walexing2003@yahoo.com.
Thanks

I just found out that my covid-19 vaccination card is tied to my NIN, meaning my NIN was what i presented during my vaccination visit because i was renewing my passport during that period. Will this affect me while traveling ? must my covid-19 card be tied to my passport ?
thank you so much in anticipation of your help

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee

How do i address this refusal, house pls advise. Was refused today applied Feb 28th.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Omiinii: 9:23pm On Apr 08, 2022
Bona fide. What does your eligibility say? recommend pass? Recommended interview? Review required?
chuksinfotech:
Please has any of you come across this challenge?
My GCMS notes just came in and the pre-assessment reads thus:

"Based on the LOA, funds, and documents provided, PA appears to be a BF student."

What does BF mean?

And what do you think needs to be done ?

For context
I am a second time applicant, reapplied on 30 October, 2021

At least tuition for your first year, living expenses for one year($10k) flight tickets ($4k) and extra funds. This is the bare minimum.

Sorry about it, the next one will be a positive outcome.
To help you, i believe the house will need more details about your application.
Details like what was your POF like,
your tuition fee amount? Did you pay a deposit?
Are you sponsored or self sponsored? If sponsored by whom? How did you proof your relationship to sponsor?
Etc

Share details so people can advise better.

Order your gcms notes also to identify the real reason behind the refusal.

All the best.

This reason can have other reasons under it. It's best your order your GCMS notes to be sure of the specific reasons you were denied.

Thank you so so much.

I just got an admission offer from Regina .
I’m waiting for Dalhousie. Oh yes, it’s a thesis program . I checked the application status online And it’s showing “incomplete items outstanding “ .
I’ll even sent a mail to the program coordinator to ask what documents but she said they don’t need any document and they’ll send me a decision in a week but it’s already 3 weeks and nothing still.

I’ll just begin working with the offer from Regina for now.
jvmum:

Sorry to hear about MUN. I got my admission letter from Dalhousie last month. What is your app status on the portal? What prog? Also if it is thesis option /grad program, it would take longer time to hear back from what I gather.. I don't think it would be out of place to mail them to enquire. Keep the faith, you still have 2 options ...I hope it works out for you.

Hello Electroweb

Members of parliament (MP) can be liken to senators/ House of reps member in the Nigerian context..

Just that they are not after the money but after the welfare of the residents in their provinces/ constituencies.. And some of them who are nice enough even give attention to prospective residents(outside of Canada) coming into their provinces, that is why some of them communicates with IRCC on behalf of the Study permit applicants coming to their provinces who are yet to get a final decision as regards their delayed application..

Peace

Ok. Thanks

I’ve seen this before.
Check the naming format you filled on webform.

Probably you didn’t include the other name on your application.

The naming must be same.
Last name and other names.
Verify your details in total…

Hello gurus and everyone in the house. I received my BVL yesterday 7th April and no other mail till now. My medical was passed on 5th of April and my GCMS shows that I passed eligibility… just curious that this is a good sign. Anxiety wants to finish me. Do I send mails to IRCC?

They've already made a final decision and it's 100% PPR, they'll soon update it for you. At the same time, send mails to them, especially that of Abuja

If you're resuming in May, go and book your ticket and start packing your load. Canada is calling you.
