Contractors will no longer delay projects due to red tape and incompetence. Of what benefit will this project be to the south south people. Is this part of the plans to infiltrate south south with unscrupulous elements from the North East? It would have made more sense to upgrade the existing railway system and extend it to lagos from PH. How many people want travel go Maiduguri?

This port Harcourt maiduguri railway project is an audio project for 2023 campaign, I can bet it, this project will be abandoned, the Lagos Ibadan rail project hasn't been fully completed as at now, 3 years after the project should have been 100% completed talk less of the over 1,200 kilometres portharcourt maiduguri rail line
