"Fear and shame" has been my big problem for me. I believe it all started due to lack of love, care and attention, constant critism and abuse from father and stepmother, negletion from family from small while i was growing up, it made me an introvert, it made me shy, fearful, anxious and depresed, feel ashamed, guilt, low self esteem and unwhorthy, it made me less confident, bold, unassertive and also a simp, mehn i hated my life. But thanks to some articles i read online in search for solution, some threads on nairaland, some peoples advice and critism, i can say i'm better now than before but this fear and shame is hard to let go. I also believe is because i dont have money or i'm not in power. Poverty is really killing my self improvement, sometimes i just succumb to things i dont like or keep queit not to offend my potential helpers. Mehn living like this really sucks

poverty has a way of grinding good men to dust,it reduces self esteem and self confidence making a man walk with stopped shoulders like a ghost,a man that is thinking how to get the next meal is always distracted and can behave abnormal, raising questions about his sanity,I have personally declared war against poverty and the battle must be won,go out and declared your own war on poverty and you will not remember or have time to be introvert or depressed again

Dumb mentality. You set your own rules, and not environmental influence. And cut your coat according to your size. A word is enough for the wise.

Get a minial job to start with, after a year, apply for another. Save funds and start up any business. Either pos,barbing saloon or mini provision store. Success is a process. Don't let these yahoo boys, or these slutty cum bags make you feel, without big money you shouldn't speak u, thats a mental slavery.

been there not a nice experience. Keeping quiet to bullshits so as not to deter the little help you are getting. Setting a goal and working towards it is the only way out. It helps to keep ur mind away from negative thoughts
