Our gurus should also give buy alerts for NASD stocks just like the friesland wamco buy alert not long ago

NASD stocks are not very liquid like their counterparts on NGX. Activities are not much there. You may even get a buy or sell alert and to get a deal may take weeks or months or you may never get.
Apart from Wamco, cscs, Niger Delta, 11 Plc and Afriland properties you may not be able to have a deal with the rest stocks listed on NASD.
Some of the transactions you see there are more of cross deals.

I tried opening account with Investment one and got this reply, the only bill have I use to have for my address is the PHCN bill, ever since the JEDCO Plc came in I have been buying the unit via BUYPOWER which doesn't have address on the slip....

What do I do sir,

Alternatives to PHCN as proof of address or utility bill:

1. If it's not NIN slip you used for means of identification you can use NIN slip and in that case the address on the NIN slip will now be your residential address.

2. You can use the first page of your signed bank account statement. Like the first option the address on your bank statement will also be indicated as your residential address.
If you have account with GTBank and do internet banking you can generate a signed bank statement without going to the bank hall

3. You can use the current receipt or agreement of your tenancy

4. If you are in Lagos, LAWMA receipt can also be used.

If you need any further clarification. Call/chat with the number on my signature

No problem, It will not stop the account from being opened since you know the year. What the regulators want to achieve is that all accounts attached to your investment account should be older than six months.

ETERNA OIL:
On full bid @5.50 as a result of additional purchase of 0.10%, (1.3B ordinary shares) by Rainoil represented by Preline Ltd at a share price of N13.50

This purchase looking so similar to the purchase done by Prudent Energy to minority shareholders in Ardova (formerly FO) acquisition...
Let's hope minority shareholders wouldn't be at the receiving end here ......Further events/info will shed more light on the acquisition....

* MEYER: On full bid @1.93.....
* NB PLC: sighted @48.......
* SEPLAT: Positive momentum observed......
* FIDELITY: Efforts to depress the share price is still not yielding meaningful fruits.....the guys are at day's high on offer table today again......maybe they know what we don't know yet....or the mission is to depress the price so as to pick more at cheaper rate....time will tell...
* GUINNESS: Some pre-result push of share price ongoing.... smiley....sighted @82+, we'll see what they are coming up with....
* JAPAUL GOLD: Is something brewing here or just a good day?

Market is generally dull today.....

Access Bank PLC shares on listed on the NASD

while that of Access Bank Corp PLC (holding company) are listed on the NGX.

Access Bank listing arrangement is unlike what other bank holding companies (FCMB, FBNH, STANBIC IBTC, GTCO) did, where only the shares of their holding company are wholly listed on the NGX.

Any specific reasons, pls?

Don't know why there is no site with stock/dividend history for companies listed on NGX. Knowing well history helps in investment decisions.

23rd and 24th are weekends and non-trading days, so you cannot sell on those days.

The qualification date is on Friday, while the register will be closed on the next trading date which is Monday (25th) to the following Friday (29th)

Thanks at least it help but the history is short. Take for instance, I could only see Zenith history for 1 month unlike macrotrends site that would produce a graph history for the past 25 years for US companies stocks. I should be able to analyse a company's financial health for at least 5 years to enable me take decision.
