Oga Emma,

I know you are a veteran in having CSCS account.

Please can you advise on what to do.

Some of my stocks are not showing all the transactions I made on them on the CSCS portal.

I have sent a mail to the email address available but no response.

You feedback would be appreciated.

Did you transfer your Stockbroking account?

If you keep regular updates concerning your Investments, transaction details in the last 9 years is good enough for the monitoring of your Investments

Yes to the bolded.

But the ones with missing data were not among those transferred.

Does that mean that the Investments are not showing in your portfolio or what?

You can't get the transaction details of companies that merged or companies that restructured to Holdco eg First Bank, GTB and Access Bank.

What you will have now will be the transaction details from they the Busineses were restructured

For example lets say I have 100k units of Oando I bought in tranches. I only see transactions of when I bought 50k units of Oando.

But your holdings are complete. That is the most important thing. If your holdings, you don't need to give yourself unnecessary headaches

Go to First Registrar to get the transaction history of your Oando shares, at times the Registrars do not update their records with CSCS

Wapgod:

What is NPM, CCC, AER, CGPR and JPBM?

NPM... Net profit margin
CCC...Cash conversion circle
AER... Asset efficiency ratio... etc

I've highlighted the meaning and financial description/use case of these acronyms and more in time past.

Don't know about the other coy but I honestly wouldn't advice you to sell off your CHAMS.

In this instance, I really don't like taken advantage of what would've been a rewarding asset to someone, but if you insist on disposing off your holding in CHAMS at a discount to CMP, kindly send me a P.m let's negotiate on pricing.
...that's for CHAMS only.

Do take care.

Getting good stocks on NASD is not like in NGX. Activities are not much and couple with the recent corporate action of WAMCO it's not easy to get.
Though it can also depend on the broker with respect to how large their customer base on NASD is. The larger the customer base the better or easier since it will be more likely to have a seller(s) among the customers and a cross can easily be done.

True, but this is not the first time my Broker is buying for me on NASD.
if the price is falling that is a sign of an Offer.

It does not work straight that way. If a single cross is done even with a single buyer it will reflect as such in the market. I'm not trying to make case for your broker but I think the corporate action of Wamco at this time may be responsible since they have been buying before now as you noted. Just continue to remind them as long as the qualification date is still intact.
