This is like a tiger asking how can it lose its stripes or a leopard asking how can it lose its spots. Being an introvert is deeply embedded in your DNA, you will be an introvert for the rest of your life. Want to know what's worse? The introverted gene is a recessive gene, so if you marry a woman who's also an introvert, there is a 1/4 chance that your child will carry the same gene.

I will advise you to embrace being an introvert. Yes you won't get as much ladies as extroverts. Yes you won't get as much promotions as your extroverted colleagues. But you know what, some of us are meant to be winners and others losers. Fighting what you are destined to be is a futile task, goodluck.

It is your nature you cant stop it also introvert is divided into two temperament (melancholy and phlegmatic) so read books on temperament and you will discover the power you have inside of you. I am melancholic by nature and am happy about it because I have a big advantages than other temperaments(sanguine choleric phlegmatic).
