Good morning house, trust we're all doing great?

I received a conditional offer from the University of Sunderland. I was asked to prove that I was taught in English for my undergrad. How do I go about this?
Thanks.

Talk is cheap, i mean very cheap, you worked Monday-Friday day shift then you get another part time job for night shift with only Sunday to rest? And Monday you start again?

Lol. Another thing many of these guys don't know is tax. Once you earn above 50000 pounds, your tax rate will be 40% of your revenue.

So no matter how much you work, the government still benefits. This also includes self-employment.

Most of these people thought this is Nigeria where they do not pay any tax. They also dont know that the average salary in the UK in 2022 is
£29,600 per year. After tax and national insurance you will be left with £23,768. This means that after tax you will take home £1,981 every month. When you consider rent, car, utility bills, council tax, wife and children, family obligations, you might have no savings.

Most white people survive on credit with their credit card. All what you see they buy is on credit and it is not theirs. All these iphones, car, mortgaged house, TV, apple laptop and many more are on credit. Once you default, the real owner will collect everything from you. Why do you think there are many homeless people running about in the west? Why do you think the highest suicide rate is in the west?

Make informed decision before you come to the UK. No one is discouraging you but be aware so you wont regret.

The best strategy is to come with your partner. Joint income will go a long way. Just be ready to work.

Yes however you cannot bring your wife. You cant bring any children.

Note that HND and Third class holders can obtain Masters directly. So many success stories here.

Follow the guidelines and university lists in my previous posts. Don't waste money with BSc top-up as it won't be easy to get job especially if BSc top up is written on the certificate.
Where do u get this information? Have u seen a UK certificate that has top up written on it ? Who told you that it is difficult to get a job with a top up degree? I encouraged my nephew to study for a diploma in computer security in Aptech which qualified him for a top up degree in BCU. He joined in the final year. Should I start telling him that his final degree will be inferior to his mates'. Please stop advising people based on what you do not know.

What is my business with you and your nephew? Do I even know if any of you exist? Channel your anger elsewhere and dont be frustrated.

Also, my comment was for those with HND and BSc Thirdclass. Since, some UK universities now accept the certificates for Masters directly, it is useless and stupid to go for a BSc top-up programme with that stigma.

Thanks for the insult. I always expect that on this forum. However, one thing I want you to realise is that people come to the internet looking for information that can guide them. For this reason, I disagree with you that any stigma is attached to a top-up degree. If you have a third class and you can afford the tution in the UK, apply for a top up and aim for at least a 2:1 before you go for a postgraduate qualification. Same I will advise a HND holder. You will be better off.

Ok good, now talk about the positive side of the japa movement to the UK. Is everything negative as some of you have been portraying. If everything is negative why are we not seeing crowds of Nigerians and other nationals running back home but the movement is still ongoing. shocked
So positive side...we are waiting.

Greetings all, please I have a question.
I did my biometrics on the 4th of April and still haven't gotten my visa. My POF is due on the Thursday 28th of April.
Question? should I go ahead to extend the POF.
Will this affect any decision by UKVI if decision haven't been made ?
Do they have the right to contact my bank to find out if the POF is still in the account if I don't extend the loan.
They can still ask for a recent statement. Be careful!

The positive side is what motivates you and don't let what motivates blinds you to the fact that there are limitations which people like us keep reminding you guys.
I know comprehension is the problem here,a lot of you felt caution note means you shouldn't Japa.
Japa is good but not eldorado all through

I am presently in Portsmouth for my PhD and I am trusting in God for a good life in UK with my kids. UK is not heaven but if you can afford it, relocate. It is better than staying in that shit hole Nigeria.

Stop abusing Nigeria because you are now in UK. Even I am abroad, no one can ever say bad thing about Nigeria in my presence. You need to defend your country because if war occurs in UK, you have only one home: NIGERIA
