same with me. i remember checking my weight like 8 to 10 years ago, it was 53kg, last 2 years i checked and it was 55kg. i have tried eating a lot but the stupid fat in my body is resisting it. lol. i believe as time goes on, the body may likely come

I weigh 82.4 KG, it used to be 78+ but since I stopped gym, I have added few more KG. Going back to gym soon. As for my wife, she’s about 53 to 55 KG and that’s how I want it to be
I don’t like them big na Wetin I fit carry I marry.

The last time I checked I weight 74kg, am 6'2 tall muscular and balanced, it's always every morning keeping fit.
