Maxymilliano: God bless you, my brother. You’re one of those still with sense here. As in…… I can’t recognise what Professor Yemi Osinbajo has now become, just because of ambition. He has refused to even acknowledge the man for once what I believe he tries to do with those statements (in my opinion) is point out that Aregbesola and Amosun, two people who have previously been beneficiaries of Tinubu’s large heart and who fell out with him were just like him too and that Tinubu never keeps friends. It is unbelievable how ambition has brought the stock of VP Prof Yemi Osinbajo so low. Human beings are so difficult and the heart of man is desperately wicked. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Maxymilliano:He worked hard to become the attorney-general. It was merited. The post didn't come on a platter of gold. Also, his nomination as a VP was a strategic move by the APC to win the elections. In 2015 I voted for APC, not because of Buhari but because of Osinbajo. He has received massive support from Nigerians to run as President. So, he should just throw it away and crawl under the pillow because of Tinubu? |

Is Prof. Osinbajo trying to rewrite history? Tinubu's name suddenly vanished among people who helped him clinch the vice president position slot.. Now I see the reason some people find it difficult to help others, even our creator dislike ungrateful souls. 1 Like 1 Share |

Besk:Why do you think Tinubu deserves to be the President of Nigeria and Osinbajo doesn't? Both of them had helpers and support while moving up the ladder in life. |

I now know why English at WAEC level in 70s,80s and 90s used to be a big deal especially comprehension and summary. Failure to grasp at context. He said in this article " how he learnt of his nomination" and not how he was nominated which it is glaring he was oblivious of. It is incumbent upon those that nominated him or those he quoted as those who called him and took him to Buharo to tell the true story of how he was nominated(which is already in public domain). Maxymilliano:Yes Asiwaju BAT played a vital role in PYO's political sojourn which time and time again the Prof has always stated, even at his campaign grounds. But here he is stating how he got informed he is chosen as running mate, if two people called, came and drove him to the Presidential candidate and BAT wasn't one of the two must the Prof find a way to slot BAT's name in? Let's be fair to Prof. please. 2 Likes |

Oladelepsy001:Kindly keep sentiment aside and read what was presented with an open mind. The VP mentioned how he got to know he was selected as VP, not who and who selected him. He has never for once failed to acknowledge the role played by Tinubu, even at his own (Osinbajo's) campaign outings. Here he was stating how he got to know through two people that he has been selected,.. Let's be fair to him please. |

alizma:Bisi Akande's version. He said Amosun was closer to Buhari, Tinubu was angry with Buhari for opposing him to be the VP, names of possible options from the South west was submitted to Tinubu, Tinubu and his group accepted to pick Osinbajo because he is the closest to the clique (Lagos group). Akande instructed Aregbe to call Osinbajo, thinking he was in Lagos, fortunately, he was in Abuja, Amosun(Buhari padi) was called, he went to pick Osinbajo at his Abuja location to where Buhari is so as to sign necessary forms |

He seems to be The most qualified for the job as at now anyway. But Nigeria problem as I can see does not understand grammar at all. All these Wayward goats and cows in human skin may not be effectively dealt with by ordinary law or talkative house and Senate. They will drag the steering wheel of Nigeria with him even as a president. There would be multiple assassination attempt on his life. But as God delivered David and Joshua God will help him. If he has the wisdom to deal with the cabals and military effectively he is good to go. Many times he will lock himself up in his room and weep almost regretting taking up the job as the president of Nigeria. He would wish he could grab a revolver and gun some irredeemable idiots down on the spot. If Nigeria can have him as a president even the whole world would know that Nigeria is about to mean business and Nigeria would be well respected all over the world. I pray God Help Him. |

Though, you're a SAN and you know how to maneuver cases..., by saying nothing related to BAT in your narrations on how you were nominated. Indeed, you're hereby recognized as an agent of devil. Some of your supporters were here saying you did not signed any agreement with BAT, I pray you gonna face the same situation in your endeavor life. 1 Like 1 Share |

Maxymilliano: It's because Tinubu didn't choose him. Buhari rejected Tinubu, it was Aregbe that insisted on PYO. Tinubu reluctantly agreed because they were running out of time. A Google search will help you with the story. |

The Vice President is a professor of Law. I am an engineer, yet I'm not able to find loophole in his narration of he was nominated. He is saying what he is sure of, and not what he was told that transpired before he was chosen. Of course, there are more stories but he might not have been pert of the negotiations and "shenanigans" prior to his nomination. I know a lot of Nigerians like big stories and exaggerations but here is a simple narration from a man who may be learning "HONESTY" for the first time because he wants to become the president. Trust politicians to your own detriment. All f them so long as they are NIGERIANS. I want a president who is not interested in 8yrs but the one who will uproot the many rot of Buhari's administration and including the past administration, a president who will not ass-lick England, china, USA and the likes. a president who will exercise absolute power to break the stronghold of a few who have plundered the common wealth of Nigerians, a president who tear into pieces the so called 1999 constitution that has encouraged corruption and ensured that a few people see themselves more Nigerian than the others, a president who will smoke-out every "dick and harry" from the bushes, creeks, deserts and dens and kill of them for the sake of the unborn Nigerians. Do we have such a person amongst the contenders now? The answer is no. I would have trusted Chibuike Amaechi to do the JOB, but it seems the powers that be are more than he can handle. It turned out he had been the only one who dared say things that no one had the guts to say against the government he serves in. I know he is blunt. I know he is fearless but can he take control of the millitary? Can he handle the National Assembly(Assembly of hulks and rogues)? the answer is not affirmative. |
