In your case. The plate was "wiped" clean; should be obvious.

The soup for Masa should be loosely prepared Miyan gyada, not this one that's thick for tuwo.

Infact, some people don't even use groundnut in their Masa soup. The secret to Masa soup is that it should have so much broth your Masa can soak it all up. If it's not that, then correct yaji for Masa (the one made with kuli kuli) is my next choice.

But for tuwo, Miyan gyada with crayfish, stockfish and assorted meat is so good.

I have never gotten that Masa joint taste for my Masa soup,I use gyeda, tomatos,shambo ,pepper,spring onions and any vegetable but mostly spinach or waterleaf with yakuwa or ugu.

wow u know this too! Another is blended head of fish. Perfect for Beans, barbecue chicken ,beef etc

This reminded me of what I did during a church anniversary several years back... I collected all the dry fish heads used for the vegetable soup and grind. Then I use it as flavor/ingredient in whatever meal I cook
