Baba better stop waiting. You'd be delaying your application. I did upfront in March and it's been updated after so many mails and webforms. December applicant too.

Hi guys, I put in my application and was rejected late last year, I applied for a gcms note, please I need a review on my GCMS note which says

“No proof of employment or income provided for applicant or sponsor. As such, I have concerns
regarding source and availability of funds demonstrated. Taking the applicant's plan of studies into
account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant's financial situation does not
demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied that the proposed studies
would be a reasonable expense.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the terms
and conditions imposed as a temporary resident.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application."

A third party sponsor with over 20M proof of funds balance.

Now I’m ready to resubmit, adding more documents demonstrating the sponsor’s proof of income, my personal landed property, half school payment receipt, my personal bank statement also (which indicate that my sponsor deposited half of school payment into my account and paid directly to the school).

Do you think that’s enough to address the issue? What do you think guys?

Good Morning Everyone

I hope everyone is having a good day

I have a study permit that is expiring on the 11th of June, 2022 because of my passport.

I am renewing my passport at the moment but it is still yet to come so

I would like to know if I can start my application for study permit renewal without the new passport and I would like to know how I can go about the matter??

If there is anything else I need to know about, please kindly share

Thank you very much

@Frankrobbn1 @Justmellow @Adiekwe1@Lekiboboe @NairaLuck @justwise @Akannitommy and other gurus, please advice

I applied since January 4th and my school is billed to resume May 9 which is next week. I had to defer and my school sent me a new offer letter with September resumption date. I forwarded the letter to IRCC Nairobi via email and webform on Tuesday. And yesterday , I said let me log into my application page , lo and behold my eligibility review just commenced after waiting for 5 months and ordering two GCMS notes with nothing tangible on it. Now I want to order for another GCMS note this morning .

This is so bad. Thousands of genuine applications also come from here. I see people who are supposed to resume this month still waiting for ppr.

One week now no ppr. No naw

Yes, it's too bad of us. Meanwhile, I want to let you know that you can trust only your application as genuine, not others.

Quite a number of people have gotten away with fake Polytechnic of Ibadan's cert, fake DELSU, LASU cert etc They have been using these fake certs since say 20 years ago, it has now become like original because it looks normal to them. Those people would come up here, genuinely apply for visa: the next thing is story.

I just used educational credentials as an example; there are so many documents that can be falsified.

Due to past history of mysteries in our applications, they don't trust us again at all.

Perhaps, you don't know that being just a Nigerian is a stigma and competition to even other African nations. We have criminal tendency as part of our culture, we call this tendency "smartness", "true naija" etc. In fact, it'll be difficult to see anyone who hasn't falsified documents or bypassed normal processes at any stage of life.

You'll need to go to Rwanda for example to observe what I call "Nigeria Stigma". You'll observe how they deal with you in business because they believe you are too smart or are there to scam them even when you have good intention.

This behaviour is more common with Igbos 85%, Yoruba 60%, Niger-Delta 75%, Hausa 50% etc. These set of people would inately desire to jump or scatter queues when it's not favouring them: they would do too much calculations in their heads when doing business to delude you, yet they call it smartness: they'll lie to carjole you: they'll desire to cheat in the exam, they'll buy fake documents etc.

Please can I use my late mum's gratuity as POF plus gift deed from my bro.. Note: I am married and the gratuity was paid 2019 into my brother's account.
makano:
Hello TonyDeanalyst

On a norms, Visa officers always have issues with 3rd party sponsors except the said sponsor shows more than enough commitment to the study and expenses of the Applicant..

Now a 3rd party sponsor, sponsoring you and your family wont fly to be honest with you.. For a 3rd party sponsor, sponsoring 5 members of a family, is it that the sponsor doesn't have dependents of his own or what? Has the said sponsor, sponsored you and your family members on anything in the past?

If you still insist on using a 3rd party sponsor, I will advise you apply alone and let the said sponsor convince the Visa Officer that he is indeed ready to show his total commitment to your studies during your stay In Canada..

So apply alone and use your other family members as home ties that will force your return to your home country.. When you get to Canada, you can then apply for spousal permit for your Spouse and Visiting Visa for your Kids...

Peace

Forex and crypto is an acceptable source of income as long as you can proof the source (binance receipt etc)
A moniker recently got PPR by using binance receipts as POF.

eniola1010:
I want to ask something.
I dont have a business but i deal in forex and crypto.
Millions come in and goes out which is a good build for statement of account and POF.

The issue is, these officers dont like the sound of saying one is into crypto business

What excuse or what lie can i give to justify the money that comes in and out of my account.

Can i say i am into pig business. I have a friends farm that i can go and snap pictures on different days and different cloths with the pig as evidence.

Or i can say i am into POS business in a very busy place and i can snap pictures of me in a POS stand and just do one banner that matches my name

Wat do u guys think?

My People,

I just received my notes now, to know the stage of my application

But my main concern is under Length of study which should be 2 I saw ''4''

I had to check the IMM forms I submitted to be double sure it was not my mistake. The form has;
Duration of expected study From 2022-05-03 To 2024-04-30

On the first page I saw Stay/Program From 2022-05-03 To 2024-04-30

What should I do in this regard? Raise a webform to correct them or mind my business and keep praying. lipsrsealed
