if you say someone is relying on her for support( e.g parents)...it automatically means her proof of funds won't be enuf for her....its student visa right??

It's not a visa group. It's for Sunderland University. The point is many people's visa applications, including study visa, is taking longer than usual. If yours is already up to 3 weeks and no information yet, then send a paid mail or call them. There's zero need to panic.

Note: You can only use your partner’s money if your partner is present in the UK or applying at the same time as you.
