Call your state cordinator. Although, you are not the only one with outstanding April allawi. There are many other corpers. Call your state cordinator to know the reason for delaying your pay cheque.

go for clearance with your rejection letter. If you have already submitted it and still no new PPA on your dashboard go like that and tell them, you will be allowed to do Biometrics

you don't have issue na, your LGI will clear you if you didn't get PPA before Wednesday.

go back straight away to redo it. The system unknowingly didn't capture your thumb.

Yes you can, if you ain't from the said state

However, you'd have to work your PPA posting to any of the aforementioned PPA after relocation
