Nothing spectacular about Lagos. The stench alone from trash dumped at bustop can drive you crazy. Not to talk of dusty, erosion laden roads .

Well to answer some of your question, Obi match it with, ANIDS BUSES, BUILDING NEW HOSPITALS AND RENOVATING OLD ONES and Schools inclusive, AIRS, ASWAMA, OCHA BRIGADE, Which are still operational till today. Just maybe if Anambra had the calibres of multinationals that are in Lagos, He would have matched the revenue generation if not even surpassing it. But that's not to say he did not save 70billion naira for Anambra state and still made investment for Anambra State in Sabmiller brewery, which today is worth over 100million dollars, and Anambra was not owing a dine during his tenure.
