City outspent their rivals HEAVILY to get to their position. Newcastle would have to do the same, and i don't have any problem at all with either of them. Arab money is authentic money.

I am insinuating that huge investments over multiple years is what is needed to make up for the lacuna created between traditionally smaller clubs and their bigger counterparts. United, by the way, have spent more than City since Ferguson left and United is still a bigger club than City.
