Am currently stuck at 460 CRS score with draws to resume by July. Do I stand the chance to get an ITA? Or can study for French (TEF) and pass within the next two month

Hi. Your chances are very slim cos the draws are expected to resume with a very high CRS. Although if the draws are to continue every 2weeks as per the norm, the scores will reduce consequently but who knows. If you can run the TEF, please do so.

It's not compulsory but if you have enough money to spare, you can do it. I didn't notarized my own because of the cost, and there was no issue

Good evening all, please is there any graduate of Madonna University Elele, who has completed their WES evaluation? If yes, kindly share how you sent your transcript to WES for evaluation. Asking for someone who wants to commence the process but doesn’t know how. Thanks .

I don't know if it's reasonable or not, the duration is 5 weeks to 8 weeks, the only advantage is cheap, less than 10k unlike other places that are often above 60k

Good afternoon everyone, I have tried searching the thread, and I looked through page one, but I didn’t find anything. Please can anyone point me to any situation where someone got a rejected application reopened or share any advice on the situation.

My sister just received a rejection on her PR application after waiting over 20 months since October 2020; the application was rejected based on not having enough details on job duties/salary in her job letter. (The letter had some responsibilities mentioned, and it said that she was paid, but not the exact salary amount, but she attached her bank statement showing the monthly salary payment).

She has raised a web form with an explanation letter and the documents from the rejection with the necessary areas highlighted. She has also created another profile in case nothing else works for new draws in July. But a lot of time has already passed, and we would appreciate any other advice we can get. Thank you

Did the reference letter follow certain specification like.

1. Letter headed paper.
2. Working hours
3. NOC MATCH

Thank you for responding, it did. It has the letter head and the working hours. The duties also match the NOC but the rejection letter said the letter didn’t have enough duties for them to assess and match to the NOC and the compensation wasn’t indicated. I believe the issue is that the duties were not itemized clearly - it was a paragraph summarizing her role. She can work on getting a new letter, if we are able to get the application re opened for re consideration

Did your sister receive a procedural fairness letter prior to the rejection? I've read complaints from people regarding IRCC not responding to webforms
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by radeke2017: 4:06am On May 17, 2022
She did not, Nothing since October 2020 but she got a new medical exam without request in February when Ottawa VO started working on older applications. At the beginning of May, the medicals was added to her application, then the rejection today

Sorry to hear this.

She has done a wise thing by sending a webform for reconsideration and getting back in the pool. Since webforms sometimes don't get responded to for months, I would say she should keep sending the same webform everyday or every week. She could also repeatedly send emails to her VO and other email addresses floating around on WhatsApp/Telegram groups. She could also try calling the IRCC call centre (page 1 has details on the steps).

Her webform and emails should already contain a revised reference letter (exactly as IRCC wants it, if possible. Required contents are in the application checklist on page 1). Please cross check that the job description really does match the actions described in the lead statement, a substantial number of the main duties, including all the essential duties of her NOC even if it was written as a paragraph instead of bullet points (see this link on how to match NOC https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/283#96895306). Duties that only match some of the chosen NOC may not work..... you guys should do another thorough check....as this may have been the issue (just guessing).

If it were me, I would ask for a reference letter with duties (that match majority of the NOC) in bullet points since that's the NOC format and that's what most VOs are probably used to seeing from applicants. This makes it much easier for a VO to match. Format should not be a case for refusal though, if the content is valid, and she could based on this start talking to a lawyer.

Ideally, she should have included an LOE for salary but her SOA with salary highlighted should have been an ok substitute (was her pay highlighted in each month's SOA?) She could try including pay slips as well.

She may also consider a judicial hearing (see page 1) if the reconsideration fails.

Hope it works out for her.

@ ciwi

Reedahbaby01 pls cross check the source of the image you posted. Candidates can edit their profile after they get ITA, they do not need to decline ITA to do so. And they will be fine provided their CRS remains the same or higher than the CRS of their ITA draw.

Okay let me quickly ask this here,

Concerning WES for immigration, do I need a transcript for the Wes evaluation?

As a Dentist, do I need to get a canadian license before I apply for the FSW?

Will my employment letter be used as proof of work experience or what's the best way to prove work experience?

Did she raise Gcms notes before? Cos if she had, she would have known if her eligibility was RR and then addressed the issue via webform before the final verdict.
My advice is that she gets a new ref letter and bombard her VO with emails and webforms.

Hi
1. Yes. You need a transcript

2. No you don't need a Canadian license to apply but you'll need one to practice in Canada

3. Your reference letter in IRCC format (very very important) is what you need to show proof of work experience. Where this is unavailable or maybe where you worked doesn't have a detailed online presence, employment letter, salary deposits, and payslips can be used as supporting docs.

Refusal letter- March 25 2019 NOC issue for self employment

I did everything right or so I thought except choose the correct NOC
I applied for reconsideration but it was refused.

Thankfully it was still 2019 and my score was still good for the draws

ITA-April 2019
Aor-May 6 2019

Total number of pages to show evidence was 93! I didn't want to take any chances after the refusal.

April 2022 came with ADR for PC, schedule a, travel history, remeds, new passports and rprf which I already paid in October 2019

Adr submitted 28th April

PPR came at 8:46 pm

I pray IRCC releases everyone waiting soon

It will end in praise. You'll see!

Hello

My passport expires September 10 2022, I got PPR on April 6th 2022,4 days after was 10th of April 2022 which will have been less than 6 months validity period (My Passport would most likely have gotten to the VO when its less than 6 months because of the timeline I have seen from other peoples post from when it gets to VFS and later sent to the embassy), I was asked to submit my passport within 21 days but the PPR stated that my passport should have at least 6 months validity on it.
I was unable to because of this.I am already on the process of renewal.

PPR letter states that if for any reason I am unable to send my Passport to them I can raise a webform which I have done, but I haven't gotten a concrete feedback apart from the usual generic response, calling has been difficult I have tried calling since April but to know avail, I have also tried all the tricks posted here also but still I cant reach them.

Any idea how I can go about it.
When I do get my passport do I just send it to the nearest VO even though the 21 days given has elapsed; I intend printing a copy of all the webform raised as well as email sent, along with the response to each.
Please Advise.

While going through the appeal process she should also create a new express entry profile and ensure her language test is up to date. Draws will resume in August. I suspect the reference letter she submitted did not capture all the required information
