Good morning. Please, is there option of expedited visa application. I have checked n checked on their website but couldn't find any. The earliest biometric date we got is June 3 and it is important I travel in July. Please, what can one do? |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Thegamingorca(m): 10:21am On May 18, 2022 |
iyaaliyah:If you intend going later part of july. Apply for the June 3rd date and pray. Provided you don't mind the cost of flying should your visa come out short within days till departure date. |

Good day house I chose the 'keep my passport option'...Had my application submitted since 1st of Feb in VI Email was sent for the submission of my passport on 6/5/2022 and I did How long does it to receive the collection mail? I'm seriously tired as I need my passport back urgently for a work trip and that was the reason I chose this' keep my passport' option obviously it was a terrible mistake If I need to withdraw the passport, how long will it take? At this point, I really don't care about the visa anymore, I just need my passport back My advise to all,' keep my passport' option is a terrible decision |

Hello, I don't quite understand your post. Did you submit your passport for the visa with the knowledge that you had a trip coming up? If so why? Or was there a different trip earlier on? Please clarify. Thanks. Jola36: |

Jola36:Have you contact them to find out if they have released your passport back to TLS? And a lot of people on here don’t have a good feedback in regards to “Keep my passport” option. |

Dear Nairalanders, My sister was given a ban of 10 years this week, because she didn't state her previous student refusal and appeal. This refusal was 13 years ago and it was our older sister that did all the processing. Hence she didn't remember to mention in this recent application as she didn't even remember at all. Please do advise on how or what we can do at least to remove the ban - It wasn't intentional. |

niyisfan:hmmmm speechless Uk take little thing serious, meanwhile on the application they ask if you have been refused visa before, why will she forget that, did she apply herself or someone help in application? anyway i will advise you get an immigration lawyer to address that. |

niyisfan:look for a way and address it. Even if it’s to get an immigration solicitor in the UK to send a letter of explanation. The fault is from all of you, why did you refuse to declare the refusal because I know very well she did not forget. Not of another country o, of the same country you were reapplying to. |
