The car is okay. The engine is good. Just the body needs little touches because the last driver who did delivery was reckless which made the man to say no more delivery but hired purchase. He even offered me first three weeks off to sort myself out before I start delivery
Did you drive the car? Please do so, both on free road and in traffic. Especially when sunny and there's traffic. You need to know how the gear selects, how the engine operates under extreme condition, how the AC works when it's sunny and there's traffic.

The price is fare but considering that it's been previously used on rentals, you need to be sure of what you are getting yourself into

I couldn't go with my mechanic cos his number was not available. I will return with my mechanic for forensic inspection. That will also be when I have money at hand so that I can be in a controlling position. I have told him to give me few days to source for money first. Of course I won't sign the agreement if am not satisfied. I can still opt out at the end if I feel it won't satisfy my needs.

I'm giving my Honda civic 07 for 30k weekly remittance

Terms and conditions apply
1) Interested person must be willing to deposit a REFUNDABLE fee of 100k for security reasons. Deposit will be made at the point of handing over the car key to the driver.
2) Note that your 100k is refundable anyday anytime (at any point of contract termination).
3) Must have strong guarantor.
4) Staying anywhere close to Abule egba is an added advantage

Reason why I'm asking for the 100k deposit is due to past experience. Gave my very neat and sound car to a man whom i pitied even without viable guarantor, the guy turned my car to scrap within 7 weeks. With a lot of parts missing/damage due to numerous accidents that I'm unaware of and I'm not always at home to inspect it couple with his house distance which is far from mine.
After 7wks that i came back to Lagos that i called him to bring the car for inspection, when he brought it, i couldn't recognize my car. It's a very long story sha.

If interested, chat me up. 08064563219

I did 1500 fuel from Abule Egba to badore recently with ac o I still didn't see reserve light
Even now my big daddy will still use less than N500 fuel from oshodi to vi

Gaddemit!!! In these trying times. I feel your pain bro. Quick one, there no hard & fast rules about the hustle like that , but the hustle comes with some intriguing moment, in which sadly, you've just being victim of one of such occurrences.

So, many advice/secrets has been revealed in the past, but it'll be difficult to locate some, considering the number of pages we've done on this thread.

However, note that in this hustle, its you versus the entire world, including Ushe and his app companies. Secondly, No one cares about you , No one owes you anything except for some few comrades, who may be willing to give their 2¢.

Embark on the route you're familiar with during daytime and you can take a gamble on some others late in evening - starting from 4p.m ( as task force, Lastma, gbogbo tí gbo go don dey pipe down small by this time)

Look out for signs and direction of traffic.
Follow your instinct oftentimes as it doesn't seems to fail.
Try&watch few 3-4 videos of driverpreneur on YouTube, it'll bring you up to speed about Lagos wahala and all.

In all, take this hustle as a stop gap measure, ensure you're looking for other opportunities to augment your finances.
In addition, this thread has two factions/groups - The Ants & LazyD - known as LazyDrivers... The two groups are synonymous or could be likened to "Shiite" & "Sunni"... Same cause but different approach...

In conclusion, your safety is Paramount. There risk factors associated with this hustle, just like any other side hustle. Make your safety your Number 1 priority. Your family still needs you.

All the best bro...
Gracias!!!

Thanks chief.

Yesterday Saturday was a beautiful day.... Bless God.

bro which do u recommend between driving school and learning from someone?

morning

It's possible 1k fuel at 65 naira is 15 litres that's equivalent of 2500 naira fuel of today. Abi 2500 fuel on a good Corolla can take you to Ibadan and back.
donfortune48:
He has come again.

Ibadan thro-Fro. With just 1k fuel?
We need proof.

morning

Driving school will teach you signs, basics/technical stuffs you needed to know.

But continue learning from someone will be plus after you have attend driving school.

Make sure you go driving school first and also source for YouTube videos about road signs.

Cheers

This Lagos is just wild!

It's like their main focus is on Uber n cars suspected to be in transport business because they know anyhow money must drop.

They where dragging with the Corolla guy and the Siena so they didn't have my time I just quickly left the back if the Corolla they stop and zoomed off.

It's was God that saved me sha if not those guys would have collected the money I worked yesterday. Just imagine that.

2.6 not bad if you are sure the car engine and gear and ac is okay and I'll advise you to do 30k instead of 23k you can leave the agreement at 23k but try 30k it is very possible even with repair since it is HP you'll pay up earlier than expected. Good luck.

Yes I agree you with. I will up it to 30k but I may leave it at 23k and rather do contribution so I gather a lump sum towards half way through the contract and pay him off.

This issue might not be fuel pump issue... It might me an ETC(electronic throttle control) but since you scanned it already and no code I can't say. try rescan again if the check engine light comes up it should give you a code. Let a rewire check all relays properly for you Sha.

fuel pump is done

Thats not a bad thing to do good luck and have it at the back of your mind what ever happens to the car after signing the agreement becomes your palava but with right mind set you can do it with 30k 18months your are done.

Oh! Ic! No wonder the offer seems nice if it were Lagos that car is worth 3m and above despite being a naija used.

Just get started already you should scale through but try be diligent and honest with the deal so you don't break trust.

You know one business leads to another, break the 1st trust you miss out in everything.
