Oh! Ic! No wonder the offer seems nice if it were Lagos that car is worth 3m and above despite being a naija used.

Just get started already you should scale through but try be diligent and honest with the deal so you don't break trust.

You know one business leads to another, break the 1st trust you miss out in everything.

You are right. I can't afford to violate the terms cos the man has other cars and I may be able to get more assistance from him in the future. He even showed me a chat with one of his drivers where he was begging him to recommend only someone as trustworthy as he (the driver) is to him. So trust is a currency for sustaining relationship.

He gave you 3weeks grace. So pick up the car and drive it for 3weeks. You might notice some problem cos it's a naija used vehicle.

If the Engine works fine and don't short oil, the A/C and gear also works fine with no issues within the 3weeks, just go on with the Agreement. Cos every other issue that might come up can easily be treated.

else

Drop the car before the end of the 3weeks grace.

It's like their main focus is on Uber n cars suspected to be in transport business because they know anyhow money must drop.

They where dragging with the Corolla guy and the Siena so they didn't have my time I just quickly left the back if the Corolla they stop and zoomed off.

It's was God that saved me sha if not those guys would have collected the money I worked yesterday. Just imagine that.

U intentionally pass one-way. If they catch u now, u go say that's d dangers of ehailing n we do not talk about that.

I assume.
He will have to sign contract, make d down payment before he is given d car.
So he can't return d car without forfeiting part or all of his down payment if he discovers something.

So let him do his due diligence before paying.

My civic will just stop accelerating while in motion. The first experience was on third mainland bridge while coming from ibadan. I managed it like that till I reached Lekki then after it cool down a little bit it was normal after I restarted the engine and it rev as it used to

I never encounter anything like that again since then until yesterday while I was on a trip it did same thing. I have to manage it like that till I finished the trip because. Once it start the speedometer won't go beyond 40 and will diminish once the road is no a level ground. No matter how hard I press the gas, it won't just respond.

I've scanned the car and there is no fault code registered on the ECU. I've also Google search the problem but no specific cause.

Abeg I can't continue with this wahala and be comfortable driving people up and down putting their lives and mine at risk

Your car needs air, fuel, and spark to work properly. Trouble shoot with these then if no luck get a rewire.

When fuel pumps is bad for honda cars it's goes off or stall after like 30-1hr drive depending on the weather.

But from what that guy explained it could also be his transmission, some times when the gear is hot it will stall and slows down especially when claiming a hill. Put off the car and allow for some minutes car will work well.

But from experience it's the fuel pump... Buy a new pump and put

imho 2007 Accord can never be uber standard for the simple reason that cost of spare parts will wipe out whatever profits you make. The transmission of that car is very sensitive it cannot withstand the rigours of uber/bolt work.

Is this for a fact, because I have a 2010 accord I want to go into the ehailing, I'll be driving myself tho and I'm based in Abuja.

Truth be told now you go commit for that oba akran and for the Berger express UT's better not park around the express because those guys are always lurking around, the best you can do is drive inside the filling stations to wait..

Thanks to everyone who took time in helping me find solutions to this problem.

Today, I took a rider to COD and while going to link new market, this same issue repeated itself. So I brought out my scanner while I parked by the road side without killing the engine.

I connected the scanner and it quickly linked with the ECU. Scanned and it brought out about 13 fault codes with 4 of the codes being critical.

Here are the codes:
P0325: Knock Sensor 1 Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

P0606: Powertrain ECM/PCM Processor

P1658: Powertrain

P2185: Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor2 Circuit High

Note P0325 sensor was replaced about 4 weeks ago when car would refuse to Pick when in traffic or stopped and the code was erased and never show on the scanner again.

Fuel pump complete Assy was changed in February,

All spark plugs were was also replaced when I cahnged the Knock engine sensor.

There's only one 3pm in a day. Once it's past 12 midnight you're in the next day so it will no longer be regarded as one way. Police has stopped me there before at past 12, I told them it's not yet 3pm. After looking at me like zombies, I had to show them the time that we're in a new day. Dem leave me make I dey go, but the next driver wey no know anything go pay sara money

People stop patronizing BOLT.

Some Bolt drivers have become CRIMINALS.

When you order a ride. Bolt shows the amount for the trip and a driver pops up. When the driver comes, and u tell him the amount bolt brought up, he starts complaining that the amount is TOO SMALL and that you should increase the money.

Some would keep complaining in the car for u to increase the money while telling u to end trip so that you both can run the trip outside Bolt. Like they want it to be a personal Order-And-Pay Ride without the knowledge of Bolt.

While some will end trip and say they are not going.

Infact right now, most of them are just using the Bolt platform to get passengers so they can run their personal business with you outside Bolt.

When did that start?

For some others, they would insist you should not pay to Bolt and that they want CASH. Most of us configure our apps for Bolt to take the payment from our credit card but these drivers are ready to fight with you if you choose that option. Like seriously, when did this one also start.

Some Bolt drivers have become CRIMINALS

I would make a comprehensive post on these and more and put on a thread to enter Front page for others to see and share their own experience and for the government to take notice off.

Some Bolt Drivers have become CRIMINALS that's why most of their drivers are not making money as such again because Bolt and Uber patronage has greatly declined.

I am thinking of forwarding this case to a Top Commissioner in Lagos state whom I recently met so that they can BAN BOLT operations for good especially now that they are banning OKADA riders.

I know alot of passengers have similar or far worse experiences with Bolt.

This daylight robbery has got to stop.
