He was talking about the specific starting 11 that played the final match against Crystal Palace. 10 of them will be here next season and very likely many will just be squad players.

The message he was trying to pass across is that the job of any body who was not in that particular starting line-up is not safe. That was a subliminal at people like Shaw, AWB, Bailly, Martial, Rashford e.t.c
