Omo i really feel sorry for people who travel long distance to Lagos only to find out the so called job is GNLD or scam. Even me in Lagos i never visit such and even if i do my 1k transport go pain me. You guys should learn to be asking questions and using the search feature on Nairaland abeg. Payment to secure a job has been going on for long in Nigeria. I remember way back when a VC of a federal university made available more than 100 vacant position for applicant to apply in the university but the downside of the vacant job is that you'll have to pay as low as 200k to secure a slot.
I feel your brother's pain, in no time he will get a job and also he should be mindful of the kind of jobs he applies for because we have alot of scam organizations that are disguised to be a legit organization but they are out to scam people.

The are ashamed to come back home as some of them have made yheir poor parent sell of their vàluables. With 400k you can start buying Nigerian rice directly from the Miller and selling to the market people or private individuals.after 3 months your capital will increase to 600k or more.its small but is a better way to start. 1 Like |

My friend was asked to pay 400k for immigration service recruitement as a Bsc holder, that was 2019 and na that year him finish nysc. So na government d do am pass. All ministries d sell slots. Some will give you the job you will not receive salary for months. It is what it is. Deep shit |
