All he did was to give alms to victims of religious violence. All he did was to show love as he deems fit.

This lady is not the first recipient of this man's magnanimity. We have seen in the past how he freely gives to all.

Why are you trying to paint this narrative in the wicked colours of religion?

The man and his church can choose whomever they want to help. No one can force them. Even if someone is killed in front of his church, of he doesn't feel like, you can't force him to build a house for that person.

Why don't you encourage others to emulate this man? Must all help come from him?

I'm honestly amazed how people find fault in this.

The unfortunate murder of the pregnant woman and her children should evoke humanity in others, including you and I. We can't continue to push responsibilities to others. We should do something. No matter how small.

Honestly, I'd really like to know how this man's action paints anyone "in black."

A young, promising Christian girl is gruesomely murdered by a group of Muslim extremists in the north because she allegedly blasphemed against their prophet (or God). A pastor in the south decides to support the family and move them out of the Muslim-dominated north. He did not only relocate them but he also provided means of livelihood to them using his church's resources.

Please, sir, where is the harm in this?

The publicity?

Well, this publicity is important and strategic! If for nothing, the Christian community in the north is now strengthened and their faith in Jehovah stronger than ever! They now know their southern brethren are with them.

This publicity has helped him win public trust and more donations can be made by his members and non-members.

This publicity has taught us all how to demonstrate love, whether we are related to the person or not.

Do you know his church also runs a free hospital? Free! Open to all, whether Christian or Muslim. Do you know he has series of free schools in PH? Free! Open to all, whether Christian or Muslim.

You now see he has done a lot for humanity, irrespective of one's religious inclination.

Please let's all say thanks and move on.

No one is saying anything about the dead girl, this is supposed to shut the parents up permanently. Something the girl could have brought for them if she made one successful trip to Dubai. Poverty is indeed a curse.
