The guideline says it's optional. So organizations are now at liberty to enforce or not the enforce. Unlike when it was MANDATORY. You are also are at liberty to wear in other public places or not to wear like in parks, sport arena etc. The airlines too chose to still enforce. And quite a number of organizations still enforce. To me it's no big deal. With time most will not enforce it anymore. We thank God for helping us through science
