At 16 that's youthful exuberance, please always advice her, at this stage she is feeling she is an adult already, kids make alot of silly decisions and mistakes at this stage, the job of an adult is to keep advicing her let her know in few years time she will look back and regret some of the decision she is making now. Insulting her will push her outside more.you guys shouldn't give up on her just yet.
